Update my blog design

I would really love to update this blog design..the problem is that I have absolutely no idea how to do it. Help!

    I think your blog is adorable!! I found a lot of designs sort of hidden in blogger (hidden to me..LOL) Under "designs". There are a lot of backgrounds and fonts in that section that I hadn't discovered before.
